AI image generation is easy to demo and hard to sell: the difference between a viral product and a refund queue is output quality control at scale. The client needed a consumer grade product where a non technical customer pays once, waits minutes, and receives photos that genuinely pass as their own, with no AI tells and no stranger's face.
Our Approach
We treated quality control as the product. Between the generation model and the customer sits a verification gate that scores every output against the customer's source selfies and rejects anything below threshold, automatically regenerating instead of delivering.
