1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by HouseofMVPs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

HouseofMVPs provides software development services including but not limited to MVP development, POC builds, AI agent development, and mobile app development. All services are delivered under individual project agreements with defined scope, timeline, and pricing.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives 100% ownership of all source code, designs, and deliverables produced during the engagement. HouseofMVPs retains the right to use general knowledge and techniques developed during the project. We may reference the project in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement specifies otherwise.

4. Payment Terms

All pricing is fixed and agreed upon before work begins. Payment terms are defined in each project agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services until the balance is resolved.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, business logic, and proprietary data as confidential. We will sign NDAs upon request before any engagement begins.

6. Limitation of Liability

HouseofMVPs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

7. Post-Launch Support

All projects include 30 days of post-launch technical support covering bug fixes and minor adjustments. Extended support and ongoing development are available through separate sprint agreements.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of early termination, the client will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date, and all deliverables produced to that point will be transferred.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
